Data we store
Creatorbook stores the financial information you enter or import — income, expenses, invoices, bank connection details, generated tax reports, and your profile. This data is scoped to your account so that only you can access it.
AI assistant & chat history
Creatorbook includes an in-app AI assistant that can answer questions about your own income, expenses, and tax estimates. To provide relevant answers, the assistant reads your account data and sends your questions, along with a summary of your figures, to our AI provider to generate a response.
Your conversations with the assistant are saved to your account so your chat history is available when you return. This history is protected by the same account-level access controls as the rest of your data — only you can read your own conversations. Assistant chat history is included in your data export, and it is permanently deleted if you delete your account. The assistant provides estimates and explanations only and is not a substitute for professional tax or financial advice.
Your controls
You can export a copy of all your data — including your assistant chat history — or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings.
